Molly Hartleb started to work in the film industry at the age of nineteen as an assistant in numerous departments within production and during these years she learned various aspects of filmmaking. She developed her directing talent working with casting and as an assistant director. Molly started her directing career as a commercial director and did both dialogue driven films and cinematic visual arts. Molly developed her storytelling skills with short films and later also with longer formats. Molly has an extensive drama career directing dozen major tv-series. 

Moving between different genres Molly always strive for authenticity with a strong cinematic look.
